Welcome to FrameMixer! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FrameMixer website and services (“Services”), operated by FrameMixer Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use FrameMixer.

1. Use of Our Services

You must be at least 13 years old to use FrameMixer. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to use FrameMixer only for lawful purposes and not for any prohibited or illegal activities (including but not limited to creating or distributing NSFW, violent, or deepfake content).

2. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access some features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Payments and Pricing

FrameMixer offers a one-time lifetime access plan for $12. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

All purchases are final unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using FrameMixer. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to operate and improve the platform.

All AI-generated content is royalty-free and safe for personal or commercial use.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use FrameMixer to:

• Upload or create offensive, unlawful, or copyrighted content without permission
• Generate deepfakes, impersonations, or misleading content
• Violate the rights of others or any applicable law
• Attempt to interfere with our service or security systems

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in any fraudulent or abusive behavior.

7. Limitation of Liability

FrameMixer is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages that may occur from your use of our platform.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law
