We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If FrameMixer does not work as expected on your device, or if you decide it’s not the right fit for you, we offer a 7-day refund window.


Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • The software does not function properly on your system and/or
  • You are not satisfied and choose not to continue using it

Refund Request Window

To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of your purchase and request a refund. After 7 days, all sales are considered final.

Please include a short explanation (e.g., technical issue or why it’s not a fit).


Important Notes

  • Refunds are not guaranteed beyond 7 days
  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., multiple refund requests) may result in account restrictions
  • Once refunded, your license and access to the software will be revoked
